Through the use of hard-hitting, gritty instrumentals and lyricism combined with contrasting cadences and a countless supply of anime/ pop culture references, Venture Klan is able to tell their story as two young men who embody the spirit of Harlem while adding something new to the mix.

Venture Klan is comprised of two members; Ave Campbell and BukDaWorld, who created the group in 2007 as high school classmates. After meeting, the two quickly bonded over their numerous shared interests and highly competitive personalities with the musical group forming from the aftermath of one of their many head-to-head contests.

Over the years the duo has become widely known throughout New York City for their unique musical stylings which combines their love of anime culture with their …., comedic personalities, high energy performances, involvement in community initiatives and their VentureMania event series.

Throughout the years, Venture Klan has had the privilege of sharing stages with hip-hop legends such as Kool Keith (Ultramagnetic MC’s), Large Professor, Prince Paul, Leaders of the New School as well as touring with Hot 97’s DJ Drewski.

Following the release of their project “It Takes A Village” in 2021 and a string of successful video releases in 2022 Venture Klan kicked off 2023 with the revival of their self titled podcast, the return of the fan favorite VK Dojo Freestyle Series and a new single from the duo titled “DOJO”
